Customized services
Veltris provides customized creative, marketing, publishing-support, advertising and business services. Work may begin after payment and project confirmation, including discovery, planning, scheduling, research, creative development or vendor commitments.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already completed, resources reserved, deliverables provided, third-party costs incurred and the applicable proposal, order or service agreement. Veltris does not apply a blanket “all payments are non-refundable” rule, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Third-party and non-recoverable costs
Amounts already spent or committed for approved advertising, printing, distribution, media placement, platform fees, shipping, licensed assets, commissioned production, contractors or other non-recoverable vendor costs may be non-refundable once incurred.
Cancellation procedure
Send a written cancellation request promptly to info@veltrismedia.com. Include the client name, project and reason for cancellation. Veltris will review the applicable agreement, completed work, active commitments, available deliverables and any remaining balance or eligible refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly, contact Veltris promptly with the relevant transaction details so the charge can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Approved refunds
When Veltris approves a refund, it will be returned through the original or another appropriate payment method where practicable. Processing time depends on the payment provider, financial institution and payment method.
Billing concerns and disputes
Please contact Veltris promptly about billing or service concerns before initiating an unnecessary duplicate payment dispute. This allows the project record, payments, approved scope and delivered work to be reviewed and a documented resolution attempted.
Veltris cancellation
If Veltris discontinues a project for reasons not caused by the client, completed work, usable deliverables, third-party commitments and unearned amounts will be reconciled under the applicable agreement and law.
