Acceptance of terms
By using this website or purchasing services from Veltris Media Group, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable proposal, order or written service agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase services.
Services
Veltris provides customized marketing, branding, publishing-support, creative-media, advertising, website, video, localization and related business services. Availability, deliverables and requirements vary by project.
Quotes, proposals and agreements
A quote or proposal is based on the information available when issued. The approved proposal, order or service agreement defines the project scope, fees, payment schedule, revision limits, timeline and deliverables. If these website terms conflict with a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate instructions, lawful materials, required platform access, consolidated feedback and timely approvals. The client represents that it owns or has permission to use all manuscripts, images, trademarks, music, data and other materials supplied to Veltris.
Payments
Fees and payment milestones are stated in the applicable order or agreement. Work may be scheduled or begin only after required payment and onboarding are complete. Late payment may pause work and affect delivery dates.
Timelines and client delays
Project schedules are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delayed materials, approvals, access, feedback or payments may shift the schedule. Third-party review or platform processing times are outside Veltris control.
Revisions and scope changes
Included revision rounds are defined in the applicable agreement. Requests that add deliverables, change an approved direction or fall outside the agreed scope may require a change order, additional fee and revised timeline.
Third-party platforms and vendors
Some services depend on payment processors, advertising platforms, printers, distributors, hosting providers, media outlets, contractors or other vendors. Their terms, availability, fees, approval decisions and service interruptions may apply independently.
Marketing and publishing outcomes
Marketing, advertising, publishing, sales, rankings, audience growth, media coverage, reviews, bookstore acceptance, placement duration and similar outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement. Veltris is responsible for the professional services in the approved scope, not decisions made by audiences or third parties.
Intellectual property
Clients retain rights they already own in client-supplied materials. Ownership or licensing of approved final deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement and may depend on full payment. Veltris retains rights in its pre-existing methods, know-how, tools and materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.
Confidentiality
Unpublished manuscripts, artwork, business information and project files are treated as confidential project materials and used only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, administer and perform the requested services, subject to the Privacy Policy and any written confidentiality terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use this website or Veltris services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with website operation; or misrepresent ownership or permission for supplied materials.
Website availability
Veltris aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current at all times. Website information is general and does not replace a project-specific written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veltris is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party systems or services. Any liability for a paid service is subject to the limitations in the applicable agreement and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and cancellation
Either party may terminate or cancel as allowed by the applicable agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Amounts due, completed work, third-party commitments, confidentiality and applicable intellectual-property provisions may survive termination.
