• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our professional portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Veltris Media's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.

• Fees: All fees for services are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

• Liability Cap: In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Veltris Media for all claims arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to Veltris Media for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any legal action or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of New Mexico.
